Photographer George Steinmetz has released a book filled with his pictures called "Desert Air." He contributes to the pictures used by National Geographic. He uses the paraglider that he helped design to get unique views. Once in the air he focuses on capturing images such as animals, African villages, and other scenery. He has crashed 50 times including one hospital stay after crashing into a tree in China.

Steinmetz has inspired many people with his unique pictures. He has shown the beautiful scenery of Africa for more than 30 years. He has also filled the National Geographic magazine.

He has gone the extra mile opposed to the Instagram "photographers." He is extremely talented and uses his gift to inspire and impress other people. I can't wait to see his work when he paraglides over Manhattan and other places that he has yet to receive access to.
